Every January 14th, I’m overwhelmed with emotion. For a mother, her child’s birthday is special, but yours is extra special, sweet Carson.
When you were in my belly the doctor told me I may never get to have you. I prayed and prayed and prayed, and then prayed some more. When I didn’t have the words, other people’s prayers held me up.
God supernaturally enabled me to find contentment in carrying you only in my womb, if that was His will and plan. I prayed, Lord, if you do decide to heal our son, please help Him do mighty things for you one day.
God graciously healed you and I can already see God’s providential hand on your life. Your very countenance oozes sweetness and joy and tenderness. You are our very precious gift and we celebrate your life and what God will do with it each step of the way for His glory and honor!
