So much loud background noise and influence bombard her 5-year-old mind.  Will she be a leader?  Will she stand up for truth?  Will she cheer for the underdog in her class that sits alone at lunch time?  Will she smile at the face of adversity and accept each new challenge?

This is my prayer.  We can only protect our children so much.  The sheltering is good for a time, but sooner or later they need to face the real world.

We must bathe our little ones in prayer, because really only God’s power working in them can allow these little people to grow into caring and strong adults.
