Here is my edit:

Some things I did to edit it, using Picnik.com:

cropped (square)
enlarged it
played with a sepia tone that I liked
softened it
used the infrared film
and finally the Lomo-ish feature
(Blur- 83%, Fade- 53%)

Then I added some cute text I thought was fitting 🙂
