Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/8 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup fresh Pico De Gallo
2 thawed and patted dry Tilapia fillets
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together.
Dip Tilapia fillets into the mixture and lay flat in a small baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Pico De Gallo.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
