Again. Another year. Another birthday come and gone. Like seeds blown and scattered, you puff, and new life has begun. New seasons. Again. You change and grow and again, you amaze me.
You told me the other day you were ready to go to school and it broke my heart. You are my little boy and there is something so tender about it; a mama and son bond. They all told me with words and smiles full of, you’ll know what I mean when you have a boy! Now I know!
May you flourish and grow and do great things for God and others. Like little white wisps that fly through the air… may your love spread wide and long and touch many.
May our love be limitless. May we all, love like our Savior. Psalm 86:15 “But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.”

That moment when they realize that they are ready to leave the safety of the yard and fly? It always seems to take me by surprise. Visiting from FMF, and so glad I did!

My heart breaks over the looming school threat too! I don’t want to lose my sweet four year old to tomorrow’s kindergartner. This is my prayer for my girls too: “May you flourish and grow and do great things for God and others.” Visiting from FMF.

Mamas of boys have a very special place in God’s kingdom. I am convinced of this. We are to raise the next generation of Godly men. I quake at the responsibility sometimes. Thank you for the visit over to jana’s three dresses. Happy to meet you through FMF. ~jana

Boys are pretty special. My relationship with my little guy is so different than with my girls. My so started full day kindergarten this year. It’s bittersweet.
