1 Peter 3:15

Even when…
Your 2 year old little “princess” dumps that messy baby cereal all over the floor
And then throws it all over your cutie-pie son! Can I get an “awwwww”
If you are curious as to the
order of events that occurred during this “excitement”,
here it goes:
- I hear a laugh… but not the happy kind…. the “evil, mischievous” one
- What are you doing Riley? Nothin’ Mama
- In horror, my mouth drops
- I leave the crying infant, and take a naughty 2 year old by the hand up to her room to discipline (surprisingly, I stayed calm, and my “Mommy-Monster” didn’t come out”
- I left her there while I went and got my camera to take pictures
- (I wouldn’t want her to think that her disobedience was ‘blog-worthy’)
- I got my little man cleaned up, and then the mess
So be ready always to give an answer of the hope that is in you…
even if your patience is tested to the limit!
Thanks for visiting!

I have had those moments. Good for you and not letting the “mommy monster” come out. =)

Oh, goodness! At least you got a blog post out of it, lol! Did you sweep or vacuum it up?
My older sister lived with us for awhile when the kids were little. She was sort of scatterbrained at that time, and once I left her with the kids and ran to the store.
She totally forgot she was babysitting and left them alone. When I came home she was in her bedroom, and my youngest had got into the flour and spilled it all over the carpet in the family room.
Things like this happened twice and after that I didn’t ask her to watch them anymore, lol!
