As mothers, you pull on stems grown wild and gather beautiful bouquets. Some are purple, some yellow, but all together they create a special array of colors and smells.
God hand picked those children who grew within your belly. That wild one, the unruly, stubborn, determined one… He grew that one for a purpose. Right now you look at that stubborn wild flower and pray they become a little less wild.
Remember, God has a special purpose for that wild child of yours! They are part of your story, and hand picked just for you, sweet Mama! Don’t grow weary… God will be your strength.
And that wild spirit? He may just use that determination for His glory and purposes! That determination may make them a leader, instead of a follower.
So keep praying Mama… and keep hand picking those flowers… all the different smells, colors, and even the wild ones… for they make the bouquet beautiful and unique!
God hand picked that wild child for you! Have you thanked Him for them lately? Continue to pray for them… that God would harness that energetic Spirit and use it for Him!
Thanks for visiting!

Oh Traci, you have no clue how badly I needed this encouragement today! My wild child is an amazing kid but he exhausts me. I spent some quiet time earlier really journaling and crying over him and how inadequate I feel. This was truly like a salve to my aching heart. Would love to give you a hug in real life to say thank you. Mere words will have to do. So, thank you! K
