On days where I can’t seem to catch up, and didn’t I just organize those toys bins, and why did you just mess up the room you just cleaned, and stop screaming, and why can’t you just get along…
I will remind myself {over and over if need be} that my house will one day be quiet, and I will miss the chaos and the noise.
Cherish you babes today… the cobwebs can wait.
Psalm 127:3-5a
3 Lo, children are a heritage of Jehovah; And the fruit of the womb is his reward.
4 As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, So are the children of youth.
5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them.
Thanks for visiting!

I agree, even as a teacher there are times you have to stop worrying if the chairs aren’t all tucked under the tables or if there is a scrap of paper on the floor and just cherish the class for who they are and what they teach you!

I know exactly what you mean….and I am at the quiet stage in my home. Sometimes it’s not fun. I miss my kids being babies.

Beautiful, Traci! I’m beginning the days of a quiet house, and yes – it does come all too quickly.

What a great reminder Traci! I love the quotation. Its so easy to get discouraged when I cant keep up with the cleaning and chores, but today God reminded me that LOVE is the most important thing… the only thing that will count in the end.
God bless!

You absolutely will. That’s what I’m experiencing now.
Don’t waste a moment of it, friend. I’m living proof that 21 years can fly by in the blink of an eye.
